Who is Gretchen AI?
Gretchen AI was founded by three researchers—Tim, Daniel, and Arnab—who recognized a critical need in Germany’s AI landscape: bringing state-of-the-art research to direct business value. Drawing from many years of academic and industry experience, we focus to building AI solutions that dynamically scale and prioritize safety.

Located in the center of Berlin, DFKI’s Speech and Language Technology (SLT) Lab hosts Germany’s largest R&D media verification project to date: news-polygraph, including partners like Deutsche Welle, RBB, Fraunhofer IDMT, and Technische Universität Berlin.
Since many years the Gretchen founders have worked in cutting-edge DFKI research projects on fighting disinformation as well as on knowledge and business intelligence solutions.
